kitch

kitch is the development branch of the itchio app. It's where we deploy up and coming changes to the app for testing, before making them widely available.

The files on this page are the plain executables for the app, without the installer and updater.

We highly recommend using the installer for kitch, which will ensure that the version of kitch you are running is auto-updated with newer releases.

The kitch update path is completely independent of the itch update path. When we release updates to itch, we typically do not also push out a kitch update. This means that kitch will then be outdated compared to the main itch app. Keep that in mind when determining what version to run.
